X-1 Revised

I won 2nd place at Gundam Workshop model contest last year with this 1/100 MG X1 Gundam.

The kit was done in a hurry. I did the painting, panel lining, and assembly in one night. And the piece was rushed to the shop for entering the contest. I didn't even have time to put in the decals. Lots of paint chips occurred because of insufficient cure time.


Now, I got the model back. I would like to properly complete the kit. Plan to do the following:
1. Correct the scratches by spraying very thin paint
2. Correct the uneven shading
3. Spray matt coat
4. Apply weathering, washes, dry brushing
5. Apply gloss coat to decal area and apply decal
6. Complete my original brand marker concept
