Some update:
Widening knee cap
Add 0.8mm strip to each side
Add 0.3mm styrene plates
Fill gaps with instant glue+talcum powder
Using shoulders from a NT1 from Taka's junk yard (thanks!!!) and cutting the extra bits
Test fitting. The shoulders are higher than the torso! Mean look.
