More update:
Cut the torso into 2 halves and add a ball joint
It can now rotate and lean back and forth a bit.
Drilled out the chest circular indentation. I then melt and pull a piece of sprue. Then inserted it into the drilled hole. It looks neater now.

Also, added rivets to the 2 sides of the chest.
I need to speed up a bit. Otherwise, I won't be able to make it on time for the contest!! :
