1/144 HGUC Zaku F2

This new High Grade Zaku is very well designed. It has almost no panel line and the base plastic colour matches really well with the original design. Therefore, I did not paint the base color.


I first created the dings and nicks. The shoulder was sprayed to red colour and gloss coat. Then I brushed the panel lines with Vallejo paint. After decaling, the whole model was sprayed with matt coat using Future Floor wax mixed with Tamiya matt base.



First oil wash was applied. I use Winsor and Newton water mixable oil.


Applied paint chips using Vallejo paint. I used two colours: light green and then dark grey.


Second oil wash was applied.


Done!
